Safer Digital Agency LLC adheres to a strict and transparent refund policy categorized by the type of product or service purchased.
1. Digital Assets (E-books, Templates, Guides) Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital assets, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once the download link is generated and sent to your email, the product is considered delivered and consumed. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital goods under any circumstances. 2. Consulting Services and Done-For-You (DFY) Funnels Consulting services require dedicated time and resource allocation.
Pre-Commencement: A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the consulting work (including preliminary audits or onboarding calls) has not yet begun.
Post-Commencement: Once work has commenced, refunds are strictly pro-rated based on the hours of labor already executed and resources deployed, billed at an hourly rate of $150/hour.
Completed Services: No refunds are available for services that have been finalized and delivered.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this strict refund policy. Fraudulent chargebacks filed despite the delivery of digital goods will be vigorously disputed using transaction logs, IP addresses, and email delivery receipts provided to the payment processor.
